Meet Jaycie Bruder

Hi, I'm Jaycie. While raised in Southern California, I studied and started my career in San Francisco, and currently live in Austin.



Throughout my career, I've built an intimate understanding of venture-backed startups, executive search, and the integral part that talent plays in shaping industry-changing businesses. I have spent the last decade in boutique firms, building my network, managing teams, and partnering with founders on critical hires that bring the products they have built into the spotlight.



Having been part of an founding team at a startup myself, I have an immensely strong intuition and passion for helping founders make the right hires.
