Meet Jaycie Bruder

Hi, I'm Jaycie. While raised in Southern California, I studied and started my career in San Francisco, and currently live in Austin.  

Throughout my career, I've built an intimate understanding of venture-backed startups, executive search, and the integral part that talent plays in shaping industry-changing businesses. I have spent the last decade in boutique firms, building my network, managing teams, and partnering with founders on critical hires that bring the products they have built into the spotlight.  

Having been part of an founding team at a startup myself, I have an immensely strong intuition and passion for helping founders make the right hires.

Hi, I’m Lauren! Originally from Kansas City, I played NCAA D1 golf at Baylor University, and now live in Fayetteville, AR.

While my career started at the heart of college athletics with the College Football Playoff, I quickly found my way back to my business roots.

Honing my skills in management consulting — that’s where I built a passion for technology and early-stage ventures.

Over the past decade, I’ve worked within boutique firms—expanding my network, leading teams, and partnering with founders to make strategic hires that turn their vision into reality. I thrive on tackling the hardest-to-fill roles and love working closely with founders to identify the exact talent they need to scale. There’s nothing more exciting than building a team that propels a company to its next stage of growth!
